Default CBR1000RR Noise After Running with Low Oil

Hello everyone! I recently purchased a cheap 2006 CBR1000RR with 28k miles and with the intentions of it being a project bike. The owner sold it to me for $1k and told me that it ran without oil since there was a leak from the drain plug. He said the oil pressure light came on and the bike jerked for a minute and kept running until he pulled over.

When I bought it, the engine was making some noise, but I figured it'd be good way to finally dig into engine work (other than valve clearances). Since buying, I changed the oil and oil filter, and it ran without any codes. However, there seems to be a sort of deep rumble and what appears to be some slight knocking which makes me believe it's a rod bearing. I've attached a video below. I refuse to ride it in this condition so I haven't put it into gear but when revving slightly the symptoms appear to be worse.

Ultimately, I am planning on digging into the engine to inspect the valve clearance anyways. Does this sound like a bad rod bearing? If so, would i need to remove the motor from the frame to work on this? I have more questions but for now I want to make sure I am on the right track.

Thank you and I'm looking forward to becoming a member of the CBR community!
