I have a 2007 Honda cbr1000rr just got it a few months ago and when I went to start it some smoke came out of the exhaust and smells like gas I don’t know what to do, anyone know a solution

Where are you from, how long have you been on two wheels, what bikes do you have etc.
We also love pictures.

Can you please provide some more info to help us to help you.
How many miles, any mods etc.
Had it been sat for a long time.
What happens when you first turn on the ignition. Does the FI light flash? Does it actually run or did you switch it off straight away?
It could have been something as simple as a stuck piston ring but without more info will be very difficult to diagnose.
