Okay I have a f2 engine bolted into a f3 frame with f3 wiring harness and f3 carbs.
Im stuck on how to hook everything back up to get the bike started.

if someone can send me pictures or try to explain how they did it please help. you can email me or anything need help big time.

 

grab a wiring diagram. and then most of the connectors are color coded. you should be able to figure out what goes where

as far as your vacuum lines, follow the vacuum diagram.
