we'll need to start measuring. Otherwise you'll end up replacing your entire EFI system before fixing this.

1. Did you buy brand-new factory OEM fuel-pump assembly from authorised Honda dealer? If not, we'll have to test it to verify it actually works.

2. unplug fuel-pump connector from pump

3. with insulated alligator test-clips, connect one terminal of fuel-pump to battery -neg terminal

4. connect other alligator test-clip to other terminal of pump, making sure it's not touching other clip or terminal

5. touch other end of 2nd test lead to battery +pos terminal

Does fuel-pump run?

Repeat test with original pump. Does that pump run?

I would like to add that the green wire somehow was pulled out from the plug where it connects to wire harness...so i just added little wire to reach other side of plug and connected it directly to the green wire but that didnt fix anything

Well, that properly connects ground to some circuit. Most likely you've got power issue.

Does pump run when you apply power & ground to it directly?

Ah, so the story really should be "The bike ran fine, then someone messed around with the wiring, and now it doesn't run"...?
