Default Carburettor problems

Hi, I’ve got some in-line four carburettors that are giving me a bit of a problem. I recently stripped them down and cleaned the jets, etc and used ultrasonic cleaner as well. Once back on the bike it starts with full choke ( maybe a bit funny) only, and when I open the throttle either on choke out warm, it dies.
now if one of the carbs has some blockage, it would misfire, so what would effect the whole bank of carbs to prevent take up of the throttle

cheers
