I wanted to get a sportier tail section for my 95 F3. I was wondering if a 98 tail section will fit on it and the light too?

 

i just went through this in the F3 section. the answer is no. the seat, light and bracket are all different. i have a 95 F3 sides if you are looking, but they definately dont fit a 98.

 

YES 97/98 tail fairings WILL fit on your 95/96
BUT
you will need to change the tail plastics, tail light, seat and battery tray

Millertyme i think you misread the post .. he is asking if 97/98 tail will fit his 95/96 .. in your case you had a 97/98 and were trying to fit 95/96 plastics and that is why they didnt fit
