Any one have the procedures and or pictures on how to lose the Evaporative emission control system on the CBR600F2? Don't know why I need it. Thanks for the help.

your emission equipment doesn't hurt your horsepower. Now i don't know what mods were done to the bike to make it a cali bike? I know some gsxr's use to run different cams and ecm which would limit power for cleaner tail pipe. To help figure this out, a Microfiche could help when you find parts for your bike have one part # for cali and another for 49 state. But the evap system doesn't take away any power and may hurt your power if you take it off, just because the system is tuned to run with it and the introduction of more HC from the charcoal canister. But i would figure out besides evap, what parts are cali and what parts are 49 state.

I'd just leave it in and not worry about it.It is probably not worth the time and head aches to have it removed.
