Default Brake light stuck on after brake bleeding... help

I just bled the brakes on my 1988 CBR 600 Hurricane. Now the brake light is on all the time. Any ideas?

Default

The brake light is associated with the brake switch (assuming you're talking about the light on the back of the bike). So either your front or rear brake switch is sticking or broken. It should have nothing to do with the brake fluid/master cylinder/etc.

Default Got it!

Got it! It turns out my brake handle was the original on the bike and i saw that while pumping the brake, i broke off the part that was touching the switch... Good news is a $10 replacement was able to fix the problem! Thanks!
