Default Brake Light Problem

I have a 03 600rr and my brake light illuminates but when i apply the front or rear brakes, the brake light doesn't acknowledge it. Just wondering what could possibly be wrong with it. Any ideas? Thanks,

Teeks, it sounds like an earthing problem, or a dodgy fuse.....?
Can't be BOTH brake switches out at once - surely not ?

welcome to the forum,

I think I read another post from you and said you bike was tipped over correct? Also your main fuse was blown after you saw some sparks? I would start with the fuse and then start looking at wiring..

also, just a tip to help everyone out, if you include more details about your situation, we can help diagnosis the problem easier..
