Plugs are new as of yesterday and are the stock plugs. I think i put them in tight but i can double check.. i heard they are supposed to click when they are in place. Wasnt sure so i didnt want to over due it and break one. I know for a fact it needs to be synced cause i messed with 2 of the 3 sync screw i couldnt see the third. So i know its not synced anymore but it still screams once its warmed up. Feels like its on the edge of lifting the front end without clutching into it. Gonna just pay someone to do valves head gasket and sync carbs. I dont have the tools or experiance to do those yet

Sounds good. Syncing the carbs isn't hard at all. The only special tool you need are the gauges. It's a pretty gratifying experience actually. But I can see why others may not have the same viewpoint as me. :-) Having said that, if you did tweak them, they most certainly do need to be dialed in again.
Valves and head gaskets are a little more of an animal to sort out.
Having said that, I think you are on the right track by hitting up the forums. I would continue to do so if the mechanic tells you something that seems out of whack, like putting brake cleaner in your gas. :-)

200 isn't bad.
They are both wrong. It could be the valves, but it's not certain. I don't know how much they would charge to check them. There's a little bit of labor involved in that.

1 guy said 50 an hour the other said 200 for all the stuff plus parts. The 200 guy said he needs to measure valves and get the shims to do valves. The 50 guy said 5 hours to do valves and sync carbs.

If the 200 guy is good it seems like he is gonna change head gasket for free

Yea I think you are correct. It is good to know that the guy knows he has to get the appropriate shims for the valves.

The carb sync shouldn't take more than 30 minutes or so once the bike is in a state to do it.

Cool they both sounded like they were legit but the shim guy told me a better detailed description of what h needed to do.
