Default Bolt Torque Specs 07 CBR600RR

Gah...I'm going crazy trying to find the bolt torque for my bike.
I just lowered it and can't find how much I need to tighten the bolts.

If all you're gonna do is bash how short people shouldn't ride 'cause Honda made these bikes for a purpose and changing it would only...blah blah blah

That's not what I need or want to hear, so if you're here to tell me that, move on....

Anyone know the specs by any chance??[/align]

Just to confirm...

Triangle connects the shock, swing arm, and the bone?

I don't know the official Honda name
