Default bogging problem

i have a 1996 cbr f3 starts up everytime but when i go to ride it, it bogs like crazy in second and you can't even ride it in 3rd or any other higher gears it just bogs out. i'm thinking its the carbs anyone got any ideas on how to fix this problem? i've put carb cleaner in the tank but that didn't help.

Could you have left it on prime? Or did you remember to turn off the choke?
Double check that the choke isn't stuck on.

pull the carbs off, take apart, clean, check all the circuits, don't be afraid to take stuff apart because that's the only way you will learn.
