Has anyone figured out a way to use a bluetooth headset while on the bike (inside a full coverage helmet)?

I wanted to go for a ride the other day but was expecting a call and this might have been the solution.

the only was i can see to do this would be if your phone has an auto answer feature meaning as soon as a call rings through it will be picked up and goto your headset but the downside would be you have to take every single call whether you want to or not
