Blinker wont flash on main guage
I just bought a 2006 cbr 600rr and know nothing about these things as far as fixing and maintancece goes. I plan on picking up a service manual to get started. However i bought it with flush mounts and integrated turn signals in the rear and hid headlights. However all blinkers flash and blink but on my main guage the left blinker will blink and the right one does not. Sometimes while riding the blinker is left on because the think i turn it off and my guage is not blinking like it should. This is only on the right side.
Anyone have any ideas. Could it be a fuse and if so what one and where are they located.
Thanks for the help in advance.

so every so often when i turn the bike on, and test the blinkers, they will both work now. Left and Right on the main guage. When i start the bike however, i go back to the sma eproblem with the right one not working on the main guage. What ould be the cause. Wiring. i got the manual and looking at the wires is more confusing then you no. I hate electris. Does this atleast mean that it is not the guage cluster sence i have seen the bulb in there light up. I am assuming that when you say you turn it on every so often you mean it works sparingly. I agree that it sounds like a loose wire. If you have seen your LED go on, then your LED works. The wiring diagram is a pain but it is helpful to trace your wires. Also if you have a multimeter it may help to test voltage through the wires to see where you are losing it if it is a lose wire. Another place to check is to make sure the wire into the connectors and relays are set in properly

i have the service manual and everything seems in place. woudl there be a seperate wire coming out of the main guage just for the right blinker? Dumb question but if i take out the main guage and unplug it all milage and stuff is saved to bike correct. Also how do i take the main guage off.
Thanks for all the help.

To answer your question, no you will not lose mileage. It would be the same thing as disconnecting the battery. To take off the main gauge cluster i believe there are three screws behind the gauges. You need to take off the front fairing and unhook the air intakes in order to access those three screws
