I have an 01 929 and the problem is that It wont start.I bought a new battery and install it,it cranks but wont turn on.Also my headlights,tailights,signal,and horn doesnt work.I check the fuse and all of it is good.So now Im wondering whats the problem.Any help would be appericated.Thanks.

 

First thing to do is check the connections starting at the battery and following them from it. This is all a guess but I think the starter turns over because it is connected directly to the battery. There must be a broken positive connection or ground that powers everything else. Along with everything you listed that is not working is sounds like your spark plugs are not getting electricity to them either. Do you see any corrosion on any of the wiring? When did you last have it running?
