this is the deal. i havent ridden my f3 in two years. but every winter i changed the fuel and put stabilizer in it. this year i forgot to. i finally got it back on the road and ready to ride. no luck on the start. i put new plugs in last year, two days ago i drained the gas and put new fuel in. oh and a new battery... still no start. could it be a clogged filter, fuel pump....anyone have any suggestions, i am very anxious to ride.......

 

Clean the carbs (can try using Seafoam first) and make sure you have fuel flow from the tank.
