Default bike acting strange?

I have a 2006 600rr. I just got it back on the road after wrecking it a while back. This is what happens- Yesterday I was riding home from work everything was fine, then it wouldn't let me go past 100mph. It acted like it would bog down, then it wouldn't let me go past 80mph, then 55. It would just slow down and wouldn't let me go any faster so I would have to pull over. The temperature was 185 so that was fine. I would pull over for about 10 minutes and thencontinue on my way and it would be totally normal zip through all the gears. I'd go for a while then after about 20 min it would do it again. For the hour commute I had to pull over twice. What I'm thinking is it has to do with the temperature, because when I let it sit for a while andits fine for some time. It goes though all the gears just fine no problems it just starts slowing down?? WTF!!! Maybe its some kinda sensor _ Really I have no idea? My coolant level was at the low line so when I get the chance I will pick up some more antifreeze, but my temperature reading is fine the bike is not overheating??? Help! I have no idea what's goin on. I think it all started yesterday at lunch break and I was screwing around not having been on her for a while I was trying to pop her up with complications b/c I just lowered her so needless to say she is basically a cruiser now. I had her out in first gear doing the standard stuff when she she bogged down and I had to let her sit for a while, but it's nothing I've never done before?

been there befor this happened to me once befor and it sounds like your starvin for fuel next time it happens shut it down and try opening your fuel tank if you hear alot of pressure suckin in then you have a pinched supply or vent line mine had gotten so bad it actually sucked a dent in my tank of my f4i most likely thats your issue if not you may wanna check map sensor hose and any other vaccum lines and breathers

let me know if it helps and also heat creates vapors and pressure in you tank which if improperly vented could cause the same problem thats an electric fuel pump in there and its not strong enough to pmp against that much vaccum
