Default bike acting up...please help cbr f2

for some reason my bike acts like it will stall out when im going up a hill or not hard on the gas it feels like the clutch might be slipping but i can pull a wheelie fine and when im nailing the gas it pulls fine but when im and a steady speed and try to speed up with out shifting it acts kind of jerky anyone have advise?

carbs might be dirty? when's the last time they've been cleaned?

just put new jets in at the end of last summer and when its not in gear its revs fine

just changed the plugs last week i have a k&n air filter seems to be pretty clean still it seems to be worse the longer im on the bike, i moved from ohio to sc. would that change anything?

ok so i just did a full tune up on my bike and it runs great thanks for everyones help i drained all the gas sprayed my carbs cleaned my air filter and changed the oil and filter not sure what fixed it but im happy now i just need to fix the cam chain rattle i read on here that i could just change the tensioner and the noise would stop would that mean my chain is still good to use if i order a after market tensioner?

Chain should be fine, it doesn't hurt to replace it, as far as I know they are about $50.
