Default Best way to clean the fuel filter after long sitting.

My bike was sitting for 5 years as I was over seas. I'm now starting to restore her to her former glory. I pulled the tank off, clean all the junk out and painted the inside, but the fuel mechanics are looking pretty grubby, what is the best way to clean this up and what parts should I replace?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Replace the pump, hoses, and filter. You can try cleaning the housing with fresh gas, but if that doesn't work you may try some kind of solvent or take it to a shop that has a parts washer.
