Default Best way to block off oil passage for CCT

If I wanted to install this tensioner what silicone sealant will work for blocking off that oil passage? I absolutely cannot have that leak or mess up in anyway..

mate what oil passage are you talking about? You mean the where the little key inserts to unwind/wind the tensioner or the paper seal which sits in between the tensioner and the engine? There'll be a nut which goes into the key hole anyway. You'd definitely need the paper gasket though. Although looking at it, you can easily fashion one on your own.
