Default Basic Suspension setup

Hey everybody on my 05 R1 I'm looking to soften up the forks and rear a bit to make a more forgiving ride. I'm 180lbs and ride quite a bit with my girlfriend so I'm thinking at turning the forks all the way soft and coming back out about 1/3 of the range it can go, and same on the rear. Any tips?

I am 130 pounds and when I have my front completly soft i can bottom out my front forks when I brake hard. If you weigh more than me plus your girlfriend... I would be scared to see you brake hard (car pulls out in front) with the front soo soft.
