Default Bar Ends keep falling off while riding

Hey guys, I have a 2004 CBR F4i and have purchased 3 sets of Handle Bar Ends (Aftermarket and OEM) and after awhile of riding, my right bar ends starts to get loose and eventually fall off. My Left bar end stays tight and doesn't rotate but my right always seems to come loose. I was thinking of using Threadlocker or krazy glue but I'm afraid it might be too permanent or damage the inside. Anybody have any recommendations?

My suggestion would be to clean the threads and then apply some Loctite when you install the ends. The red Loctite is for a more permanent instillation but it can still be removed.

do they tighten right up or does the right one go in and the whole internal bit turn round, if this is the case the tabs that hold it in the handle bar have broken or need bending back up,you can access them by removing your grips (and throttle tube)
