Default bad fire

Hey guys. I'm having low spark on my plugs ( u can hold a screw driver in the wire and it doesn't hurt at all ) after replaceing the cdi box the bike did alot better but slowly the bike started running horrable again not as bad as before but the right side coil is firing poorly the left side is alot hotter u can pull the right side coil plugs out of the motor and the bike doesn't act much differnt is this the coil this time or has my new cdi box went bad after 3 days, I'm thinking the new cdi box just gave the coils a few days more life. What do yall think. The bike is a 93 cbr 600 has a 97 motor 11.5k Miles, k&n air filter, uni airbox, dyno jet stg1jet kit, yosh r&d Pipe ( slip on) new cdi box, rectifer, stator, battery, diaphram pump, fuel filter. I have changed everything except the coils is there anything else that can cause this low spark on one side????? thanks
