Yeah, I don't think he jumped the gun. He got something that wasn't shipped right, was obvioulsy opened and marked on, so he sent them an email asking what was up. Then he asked if anyone had any experience with them to see if this was normal or a quirk

Take it easy, wasn't attacking you or anything. He posted the full story and the vendor came out looking good because they were stand up peeps. Actually got them some good press.
