Default anyone with an akrapovic full titanium system???

I have a 2004 CBR-1000. It is one down in the front and one up in the back. Im thinking of getting the akrapovic titanium full exhaust system. Now ive heard that you lose a good amount of low end torque, but my bike is fast off the line! I was thinking of going up two in the back so I will have low end speed and allot more top end? If anyone coulk help me, let me know how it worked for you and is it worth it. I know you drop some weight and get some good top end speed. IS IT WORTH BUYING????????

is it worth it? i would say no...not just for riding around town, spend on something else...

for track and others? yea!

i have the akra evo ti...did i feel drop in lowend power? sure did, but i have a 600....with 1k shouldn't be so bad...just ride higher up in the RPM...but since you already have -1/+1, you'll be fine...if during your off the line launches, you stall out and launch at a higher RPM, it won't hurt your times...but if you let the clutch out fully and start at 1K RPM, you'll be a dog.

now...at the track...and top RPMs...thing breathes and hauls!!!!!

get it and say you'll go to the track!
i'm a perf freak...so i'm pretty biased mang...so if you get it and 'plan' on going to the track...i think that justifies it!
