Today i removed the fuel tank on my babyblade and snapped the top bolt that holds it on. The one in between the H bar. So, i drilled a hole into the bolt an wacked in a screw extractor. Well bugger me the screw extractor snapped! These are hardend steel btw so can no longer drill it at all.

What can i do? I really dont think ill get it out. The top of the tank can move side and up also. Any ideas???
The bolts flush with the hole so cant grab it with anything, its about 5-7mm thick.

 

You could try welding a nut onto it and undoing it.

 

Its in aluminium frame so the weld will only stick to the bolt, any other ideas, that was my last resort plan.
