Air horn
I know this may seem as a rickdiculous idea. But what if you carried an airhorn with you when riding and somehow attached it to your bike to replace your exsisting horn... Do you think it would be loud at high speed to ward of people who drift into your lane. I've never heard the stock horn on the bike. Just a crazy idea I had. Perhaps something like this http://www.truckstuffusa.com/badboys...ornbywolo.html

Yeah, it's not rediculous at all. I think they even have them listed in some motorcycle catalogs. Maybe not that exact one, but similar small air horns.
Any oem bike horn sucks! Mine sounds wimpy as hell on the 1000RR. Definately a good mod in my book.

Although I would never use one (seems annoying) I have read on other bike forums by those who use them that they routinely get unexpected results like other motorists swerving into their lane due to being startled, etc.. so if you're going to use it I suggest at the very least to use short blasts and not lay into the thing. thx in advance

split the lanes at a traffic light and then honk and startle people
you could also carry an automatic centerpunch to knock out the windows of drivers who cut you off - that ought to divert their attention from text messaging their friends. another idea i had was a horn that sounded like screeching tires. that would have a greater effect on the offending driver, because, unlike a pissed off driver honking, somebody's screeching tires when they are about to hit you actually demands your attention.
