99 CBR600F4 and F4R fairings
Morning everyone,
I just recently purchased new fairings for my bike and they don't fit. I have a 99 CBR 600F4R and the fairings I purchased are for the F4. I can not seem to find any place on the internet that says that there is a difference between the F4 and the F4R. (Technically it says F4RX on the bike but have no clue if the X means anything)
The old fairings were marked up and falling apart since two years ago and my first ride of the year, a large crack appeared on the right side. So it was time to replace them all.
Just wondering if anyone has run into this issue or if anyone knows where I can purchase the correct fairings for it.
Thank you ahead of time.

Morning,
I am a dummy and thought that it said R. It is a F4X or at least that is what it says. So I am just going to say that it is a F4.
I began to put the plastic back on yesterday to see if I was just being stupid about it the other day, but the plastic that goes around the dial housing doesn't fit snug like the old set did. I may just try to force it on there so I can continue putting the bike together to see if it fits.
