Default '91 Honda CBR600F2 with a strange engine temperature problem

I have a 1991 Honda CBR600F2 with a strange engine temperature problem. While the engine is warming up, only exhaust pipes 1 & 3 get hot, while the other pipes (cylinders 2 & 4) stay cold. The #4 exhaust pipe & cylinder head only warm up AFTER the thermostat opens. The colors of the spark plug insulators on a new set of plugs agree with the other evidence. Plug #1 & #3 insulators are WHITE while plug #2 & #4 insulators are BROWN. The engine runs fine, has good compression, spark to all 4 plugs, fuel to carb #4. This seems very abnormal but I can find NOTHING ELSE wrong with this engine! I am perplexed. Any suggestions?

your plugs should look tan. White = lean, dark brown = rich. Running lean makes for a hotter cylinder too.
