900 motor in f3 ?

I have seen pics and heard you can put a cbr 900 motor in a f3 and bolt right up. I was wondering is this true and how much work is it to do this ? I know this is a stupid question but was wondering.

thats funny when i 1st got my f3 i thought the same thing.. but wouldnt it throw off the whoel balance and enginering of the bike ?
