90 cbr1000f fuse box

90 cbr1000f fuse box

When the bike is off the fuse box is hot with a test light, but when I turn the key on ( not hot ) and with bike running ( still not hot ) is this right?
I'm a newbie to the CBR world

If things work when the bike is running then it’s impossible for the fuse box not to be hot. I suggest your testing methodology is incorrect.
