Default 600RR High-End Bogging??

Hey guys! So I recently traded my atv for a 2003 600RR, great bike! I used to have a cbr250r and wow what a world of difference, from a one cylinder to a four! When i got the bike, it had a bit of problems, mostly with sprocket which i fixed but also with engine- low rpms sucked and the idle would fluctuate, almost like a misfire, it would bog in low end and when it reached 5-6k rpm, it would fix itself. So, I had a weekend off from work and I wanted to do a full clean up, so i removed the injectors, cleaned them internally and put new o-rings on it, cleaned KN air filter and reoiled, oil and filter change, new iridum spark plugs and throttle body cleaning and radiator fluid change. So, I go to put everything on my bike and reassemble everything, and my idle problem is fixed and it runs amazing- low end. But now, when I WOT it, it runs fine until it hits the 9k RPM and then it bogs- it still accelerates but you can tell its a huge bog, now if i 3/4 WOT, it runs like a charm. What does this sound like?? Im so confused as i never had this problem before, I thought injectors but there is no leaks?? What can this be, its annoying me and dont want to dissamble stuff without having an idea where to start, someone told me its TPS thats bad, but that coincidence would be crazy since it worked amazing before, im almost thinking its misfiring at high rpm but its so odd since it runs fine otherwise? I also feel like it has bit less power after the rebuild, but it may just be because I got used to it. Please let me know, thanks!

Reminder- it only did this AFTER i did the service??

Did you disturb the secondary injectors when you did the service, check to see that they are kicking in at the correct revs (over 5000rpm)

damn good idea to check. I did remove/clean them but i do not think I broke anything on them- I will rev the engine and check if it is squirting at 5k
