Default 4000 rpm throttle fluctuation

Just got my 06-cbr600rr back from its 600 mile service and
all things run nice.

Cruising at mid throttle very near to 4000 rpm ( in any gear)
the engine speeds and slows very slightly. I purposely held
it there a few seconds, and the tach needle visibly moves up and
down above and below 4000 rpm perhaps by a 100 rpm or so.

Should I be concerned ? Is this valve spring resonance or something ?
Any ideas or solutions would be great.

Thanks,
