Default 2009 flush mount lights

Ordered a set from cbr heaven. I like them, well until i installed them and they didn't work so i spliced them. The only bad thing now. Is they are on all the time. Are there any that work properly with an 09? Searched but didn't find anything.

only the 2nd time this week on this page so far :-)

a) guessing 09 600rr?

b) stock front lights are on all the time (running lights) and then blink when the blinker is turned on, rears are only on when blinking. Since the front signals are 3 wire hookups, and the flushmounts probably are only 2 wire, you lose that running light function with the flushmounts. When you say you "spliced" them, I'm guessing you connected the green to the negative on your flushmounts, and you tied the other 2 factory wires (orange, orange/white on one side, blue, blue/white on the other) together. What this does is make all lights illuminated all the time. Disconnect the wires with the white stripes and you'll have blinker only function. To get running lights in the front working without everything else being on - read this thread: https://cbrforum.com/forum/how-mechanical-40/convert-2-wire-signals-3-wire-inputs-84998/
