I am having some of the similiar problems the dude with the 2004 cbr has...my 2007 600 cbr will not start. Its been extremely cold were I live the last 3 weeks and I went out to crank my cbr the other day. It cranked at first , then died. I tried to crank it again and again and the battery ran down quick. I charged the battery well overnight and tried it again. The fuel pump turns on and the motor trys to crank but it will spudder a couple times out of the exhaust and then start grinding. This will go on till the battery starts to drain again. I did use fuel stabizer before the winter began and cranked it a few times before the cold weather set in. The battery is charged and on tender at the present moment. I have never had this problem before and the bike only has 2500 miles on it. Any advice?
