Default HELP!! 2007 CBR600rr won't start!!

Hey guys, so I finally got all the parts that I was missing to start the bike. After putting in the spark plugs and radiator it still doesn't start. I checked all the fuses and even the tilt sensor and everything looks good. I put in a new fuel pump so I know it works, I hear it starting up when I turn the key. The bike sounds like it wants to turn on, but still nothing. Any ideas on what it could be?

Ok so I checked the spark plugs and they smell like fuel so I know now that fuel is not the issue. I did however check the ignition coil ohm's resistance but for the secondary coil I didnt get a reading, I tried it with two different coils and still got nothing. The thing is that I'm still getting spark, but I'm thinking that the coils aren't getting enough electricity to actually properly spark the spark plugs. Can anyone elaborate on that? I ordered some other coils because Ireally think that is the issue, other than that I have tried everything I know possible.

Another thing where can I find the oem specs for the ohms resistance for the coils? And can someone post up a pic of the order the wiring is set up because when I wired them up I did it according to the manual (1-2-4-3) but I still just want to double check to make sure everything is good.

I wonder if there's something wrong with your engine cutoff circuitry. Can't offer much to help you with it but it may give you some ideas where to look next.
