I recently had to replace the radiator on my bike, and the new radiator I got ended up not having the nipple for the siphon tube that goes up to the coolant reservoir on it. I have the one off my old radiator and attempted to JB weld it on to the new one with no luck. Any suggestion? Also I cant seem to find a threaded fitting that is small enough to fit in there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pictures would be great, however what about where you purchased the new radiator ? Maybe they have a fitting that fits.

 

unfortunately it was ebay, I should have said new to me, I'll get some pix up as soon as my camera is charged

Yes, I have a suggestion. Take it down to your local radiator shop. If you still have your old one, take it w/ you. Show them what you need & they should be able to knock it out for you in a hurry for only a few bucks. It will be done right this way.
