I have a 2001 Cbr 600F4I i was riding it the other day and it just shut off would start back. Bike will crank but pump will not kick on. Bought new ignition, New front sub-harness, Used main harness all because mine was hacked up from previous owner. The pump will kick on when hooked to the battery but wont no other way. I have check relays, fuses, all my wires and still cant figure it out does anyone have any ideas??

 

Did you check the BAS?

 

yea ended up being a theft diode in the key switch
