Oh make sure there is fuel in the tank when doing this test and the fuel linesare connected to the fuel rail andpressure regulator otherwise this test won't show accurate results. When I did the test all I had to do was turn the key to on because when the fuel pump primed it was enough to start leaking.

Update:
Yes it was the fuel pressure regulator. I drained 2 gallons of fuel from the crankcase about one gallon from the exhaust and the cylinders were full of gas also. The vacuum hose on the pressure regulator was full of gas so it was sucking into the motor. Replaced the pressure regulator, spark plugs, drained fuel from engine, exhaust, intake, Changed motor oil and filter with one click of the starter the 929 fired up. I took it for a test ride for few miles and changed the motor oil again with fresh oil. They should have some kind of fuel cut off so this doesn't happened, I think one little spark this would have exploded.
I like to thank everyone for the help,
John
