2 dead cylinders #3 & #4 good compression and spark
Yup .. realized after i posted that.. serves me right for reading forums when i should be sleeping lol.
I dont know how ur carbs are.. but on mine i have 2 fuel inlets, one for 1+2 and the other for 3+4.. if you have a blockage or something here for the 3+4 cylinder then maybe they are so low on fuel they stopped firing.. i had a similar issue with float heights where i set them so low, no fuel went into the bowl.
to test out this in a crude fashion, first open the drains on the bowls for 3 and 4 and if no fuel comes out then theres your answer, then fill up the bowls via the drain (use a long piece of pipe that ends higher than the tank, gravity will do the rest) and give it a shot.. if the bike starts kicking on all 4 then check out the fuel feed to them 2 carbs. Gd luck mate!

Miguel, you say the bike was sitting. Take a peek inside the air box and see if some fuzzy little creature built a nest near #3 &4 outlets of the box. If so you would get the rich condition as described above.
If all is clear, you can switch plug wire #1 with 4 and then switch #2 with 3.
#1 & 4 fire at the same time as does #2 &3.
They are coil packs with 2 coils each. If the problem moves to #1 & 2, the packs may be bad.
Check to see if the air box is clear first.
