Default 1990 CBR600F need to get running

1990 CBR600F was getting spark. Ran few times off starting fluid. Bike sat before I bought it. I did new plugs new fuel filter new fuel pump rebuilt the carbs. I’m a mechanic by trade but this is my first bike. Any ideas would be much appreciated thanks

If it fires off of starting fluid then I'd say your carbs still might need attention. These carbs are very picky and have to be spotless and pretty much perfect. Did you completely disassemble and break them apart so you can soak the bodies as well as the jets?

I had them fully apart and put all new jets. Held plug to block not getting any spark. Fuel is pumping into cylinders

You said it fired off of starting fluid, then it's not getting spark. What changed between those times? You have 2 coil packs, are all 4 plugs displaying no spark?

Only checked the putter left one. I’ll check the others but figured if others were working it would start but run rough

You might also have a flat battery.
