im looking to drop a tooth in the front on my 97 f3 can i just buy any 14 tooth sprocket and toss it on or will i have to get a specific one and a new chain?

 

to answer your question... no you wont have to buy a new chain and yes you can buy any brand as long as its specifically for your bike. ive dropped a tooth on my 08 in the front and all it required was a little tightening of the chain. enjoy and get ready for some better takeoffs. and hold on. lol
