Righty Ho , then its just a matter of getting it to prime, swap the headlight relay with the Fuel pump relay, I keep forgetting we are dealing with a 09cbr600rr, my age so just keep reminding me, have a look here

Just a thought , while your at this stage, you might as well bypass the clutch and the side stand , can be put back later

 

 

Side stand easy enough, There's a Green and a Green/White on a 2pin connector put a jumper across the two at the connector, with the clutch switch , are the connectors and levers still on the loom, if so bridge the 2 black wires that come from the clutch switch if not then bridge Green/White and the Green/Red on the harness connector that comes toward the switch gear

 

Okay did that still nothing, I watched videos on YouTube of start ups and the bike gives a little wine then a long beep, mine just makes a faint ticking noise.

 

Yes thats how it should sound, maybe now have a look at the fuel pump, is your bike HISS by the way
