09 Cbr600rr fuel pump not priming and relay not clicking
Hi Guys, my 09 Cbr600rr was in an accident so it doesn’t have a front end at the moment, the gauges light up and the bike turns over but the fuel pump doesn’t prime. Iv seen threads where people say the relays are clicking but mine are not.

at this stage all you have to do is by-pass it,it has a 3 pin connector going to it, it has a White wire ,a Green wire and a Red wire with a trace in it , connect a jumper wire to the two outer wires on the connector (Green and Red wires ) that's it by-passed

Okay I bypassed it and the relays click and the fi and engine light come on now also when I turn the ignition, but if I listen closely to the tank I can hear a slight rapid click coming from the fuel pump

You need to get the spark plug out , put it back in the coil stick and earth it on the frame , keeping your hands away from the plug , turn the engine over and see if you get a spark at the electrode, have you got the workshop manual
