Default 08 CBR100RR False Neutral

Hi, yes I am new and I have just taken ownership of my first brand new Fireblade. It now has 500km on the clock and I use it everyday to get to the office. I love the bike! Just one thing bothers me slightly....I get at least 2 false neutrals per day between 5th and 6th, I tried adjusting the lever but it makes no difference...My question, is this really because the bike is still new, and will go away with more miles/km? ...or, is something wrong with the transmission? Your advise will be appreciated...[/align]

I do the same thing occasionally. Usually while accelerating hard off a light. Feel like a total noob when I do it (which I am) Lol.Gotta pay attention tothat 1st to 2nd shift.

First to second is usually a lazy toe ... reversing the shiftercan help with a more positive shift. But fifth to sixth is a bit more uncommon. My advice is to keep an eye on it and if it should get any worse take it to the dealer.
