Alright, so the update is that I bypassed the connector near the battery that the computer usually connects to and I has some codes pull up one of them which caught my eye which had to do with the ignition pulse generator, I went a head and bought one installed it and effed up my detent clutch rod (punching head ) found a whole new clutch kit online for about 30 bux, but while I left the clutch cable connecting rod out of the crank I figured I could crank the bike to see if it would turn over due to the ignition pulse generator have to send the current to the injectors and all that in between bs....still the bike cranks but didn't fire up just turned like usual..I'm running out of ideas, the last thing I can think of is just stright buy a CDI/ECM for the bike and see if that solves the issue and if not I get an extra ECM/CDI for later and if the CDI isn't the answer we will all know it's electrical...I don't know the bike is pissing me off honestly, I just want to enjoy my bike and my oldest son has been bugging me for a ride so it just adds to the stress that I haven't taken my 6 year old out for a spin which he loves bike...any ideas

Did you figure this out? My 2005 is doing the same thing. No fuel is coming out of the injectors but there is fuel pressure, the pump primes, it cranks, it has ignition. The diagnostic trouble code light blinks 9 times when I crank mine.

I fixed my issue and got it running again. I started removing things to be able to get to the injectors. I found a mouse nest and the mouse chewed through two adjacent wires that were touching each other. It wasn't touching enough to blow a fuse but it was enough that the computer wouldn't fire the injectors. I cut the wires and used butt connectors with heat shrink to make a waterproof connection. After reassembly it fired right up.

Thanks for getting back to me. Im starting to run out of ideas now starting to think that it must be the control module
bike has been in the garage for over a year so when it didnt start at first I fault it would be a nice easy fix just clean the tank and lines injectors all cleaned but then found that wasnt the problem.

If you're experiencing issues with the fuel injectors on a Honda CBR600RR, common problems could include clogged or dirty injectors, electrical faults, or faulty injector seals. To resolve this, you can clean or replace the injectors, check the wiring and connectors for damage, and ensure proper fuel pressure. If the issue persists, consider using a diagnostic tool to check for error codes or consult a professional mechanic
