Angry 06 F4i not starting!!! No spark!

So I recently tried to start my 06 f4i after it had been sitting for a while. It turned over fine but just dosent want to start up. I pulled off the fuel pump and it works fine. It dosent want to get fuel for some reason. I pulled off the spark plug wires and its not getting any spark either. I was thinking it might be a computer issue. Im not sure whats up and im new to the street bike scene so I dont know a whole lot. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Make sure the kill switch isnt flipped. flip it a few times off and on to make sure the contacts havent oxidized. How do you know its not getting fuel? if it doesnt have fire it wont burn the fuel its getting. the correct way to check for fire would be to pull the plug and ground the ground electrode to the frame. It could be a few things, but check those and report your findings.

If you ain't gettin fuel, you prob. need to replace the FPR (Fuel Pressure Regulator). Very common prob with these things, especially if they sit for too long.

when the fpr goes it floods the cylinders and you get too much fuel, not no fuel.

thanks guys! I pulled the plug and still nothing! I pulled out the fuel pump and manually ran it from a charger and it pulled fuel without being hooked up to the bike so it works fine not being hooked up to the bike. When I hook it back up to the bike it dosent work for some reason!lol Any more help is appreciated!

Does the fuel pump turn on when you turn the key on?? If not flip the kill switch back and forth a few times?? If not now then something is wrong with the pump wiring. As for spark. Is the kick stand switch hooked up? Is the bank angle sensor ok? Are the fuses ok? Has the bike been apart? Do the lights work?

If the fuel pump ain't working ON the bike, the culprit is probably the BAS (bank angle sensor) not being hooked up. It's mounted to the headlight, on the backside right in the middle. The plug has three wires going to it, to bypass the BAS take a piece of wire and crimp some spade connectors to each end and plug it into the wire harness to the two outter wires. (I'm sure theres a how-to for this with pics). Could be the kickstand switch too.
