i've got mine off the bike and im putting it back on. not having very much success. i bought a service manual online and the diagram it shows doesn't have a sensor or something that mounts directly under the position light on the inside. anyway there are 2 screws that hold this to the headlight and i can't get the nut on the back because its really shallow behind.
any tips? pointers?
do i need this sensor? if the diagram doesn't have it does that mean i need it?
also the manual is for cbr600's from 2003-2006

 

hmm im a dumbass and just put it on before i put the headlight on the fairing lol. man that took me like 3 HOURS to do that. i feel so reetarded lol.
