Default 05 cbr600rr loses power at certain rpms

So hi everyone I have a 05 cbr600rr and when I am under a heavy load or WOT when the bike is accelerating it seems to Lose power at 9000-10000 rpm then Comes back to life after 10000 rpm..then in between 120000-13000rpm it does the same thing again. Loses power. It only does it between those exact rpms every time. Please help if anyone has ever experienced this befor. Thank you

also what bike had done to it......

d&d slip on exhaust. New fairings. It has 35000 miles on it. Time if chain did have a rattle to it that started last year but adjusted my manual tensioner now it’s smooth again. That’s about it. Runs very strong except between 9-10k rpm. And then between 12-13k rpm. It only happens between those rpms. Very predictable. Thank you for any help anyone can give me on this because I’m stumped

I have had the bike for two years now and the exhaust was on it when I bought it. The first year I had it ran perfect and most of the sencond year. Then all of a sudden started doing this. So I don’t think it is the exhaust. I will try it though

Also just changed the plugs just to see if that might be the problem. They look great. Not running rich or lean. Still put new plugs in it. Same issue.

You'd have to visually take a look, tank off, air cleaner cover off , rpm has to be tween 5k-6krpm and throttle over 50% should see the secondary's fire
