03 honda cbr954rr fuel pump wont prime

The servo motor is located on the right side jus above the sator it is bolted on to the frame it carries 2 cables down to the exhaust 4 exhaust flaps in the midpipe

Are you referring to the EXUP valve?

It changes the exhaust flow @8000 RPM via a cable operated valve.
I have no idea how or why it would affect the fuel pump circuit, but apparently it does...

Heyyyyyy guys am helping a friend with his bike its only sparking on 2cylinders not all 4 what do you guys think would cause this some info or input would be nice thanks
